    Life's big moments!

    Heya Folks,

I've just returned home from a "family unknown for 41 years" reunion! Long story, but an amazing thing for me personally.

To discover that family members hung out with the likes of Aldus Huxley and son Matt; formed life long friendships with Bertrand Russell's son and daughter John and Kate, let alone that Grandpa almost married Sigmund Freud's granddaughter Yo, might, perhaps, put my last week into perspective.

But amongst other things, it provided some clarity.

    Just wanted to share.....

Is the Skuller's thread still up and running?

    That's great Dan.

The Eaton family had their 150 year re-union just last year and it was pretty cool that 3.5k people got invited to the reunion. A little bit freaky that you were walking in the crowd and you were related to most of them

Glad you had a good (interesting?) time Dan.

I dropped in at Simon and Rilkas on my way back to Sydney after Christmas, but you were out and about.

I'll have to catch you another time I guess!

Yep always a bit of a moment to remember when you find out that you have more family than you thought. It was only 40 years for me before my natural family got in contact with me.And what a family I have found that I belong to.Have a mum plus 8 brothers and sisters to get to know.Have caught up with mum and some of the family.Seems like I`m related to the Woolies as in the now deceased 60 minutes Woolies and also there is a conection with the Truemans? of the US Truemans.Plus I`m a Tasmanian ,wich explains the scar on my shoulder
