I have a 2011 HSE with the Colour touch screen. It has reversing camera connected through to the Touch screen standard from factory.

I bought the GVIF so that I could feed the Rear Camera from my caravan. Installed it myself with no issues, everything worked first go.

Just my experience with a MY2011 with colour screen.

Did you notice if there are any extra ports on the screen as you installed it?

The factory camera was connected somehow,nothing obvious, only saw multi-wire connectors. No doubt two of these wires came from the camera.

This evening I sent an email to Graeme Cooper Automotive asking them to check the Advanced ICE item. We may go ahead and get one in and see what happens, if it works they may become an agent in Sydney, if it doesn't everyone will know.

Will talk to them tomorrow.

I also tried contacting them recently. They asked where I was and that was the last I heard from them. We're heading up to Bris in June and thought maybe it could be fitted while taking the kids to the theme parks....

Hi all,

New to LR and the forum - this topic is one of my specific questions.

I know it's an old thread but wondering if anyone has been able to resolve this - retrofitting a reversing camera to a D4 with integration to the OEM touch screen ?
