    Bullbar for D3

Where's the best, (ie. cheapest) place to buy a winch bar for a 2005 D3 S.

I'm after the bar and fitting kit only, I'll fit it myself.

I know its ARB or OL only and am tending towards OL as I understand I will be able to remove headlights without removing the bar with the OL but not the ARB.

Also, is it possible to carry this new purchase in the back of the D3 with the seats down or do I need to use a trailer.

PS. I live in Canberra but travel to Sydney regularly.

TJM and Roo Systems are another alternative.

    Another option

Dare I say it, ECB make a winch bar for the D3/4. It has only one advantage (IMO ), you don't have to cut the mudguard flares. Oop's sorry two. It is made of aluminium. Disadvantage. In the eye's of the beholder I guess, looks plain compared to the opposition. Look up the ECB website for agents and more detail, pics etc.

The O.L. has more aerial/antenna mounts on the upper hoop than the ARB.

ECB's isn't winch compatible, so they say.

TJM don't make one, and Roo Systems don't list one on their web site, though I'll give them a ring tomorrow.

Interesting. I'm fitting a D4 ECB bar to the front of my D3. It says it's a winchbar.
