				I am sorry to hear of this as it is a concern to all 2.7 owners (I assume it was a 2.7).
Can you let us know the reason - possibly a spun bearing though should have been fixed in your model or what has been happening in the UK, manufacturing faults have resulted in the crank breaking near the second main bearing journal from the front.
While your extended warranty may be able to be onsold with the car if you sell it, be aware some cannot and only apply to the purchasing owner.
