Yep! In the process of fitting the LLAMS unit and sure enough the right side clip let fly. Not on the floor, ended up finding that it had lodged into the right side slot where the bottom of the panel hinges in. Funny thing was there were two clips in there? So I reckon the dealer has had one come off and couldn't find it. I'd have a look for it; wouldn't want it jamming between two wires and shorting them!Originally Posted by RHS58
Yep those little metal clips....made of gold.
One always comes off. Lucky first couple times I removed the panel, it ricocheted around and landed on the floor.
Last time I heard it pinging around, but never ever did find it again.
LR dealer happy to provide another........for $8.11 plus gst....
