    D3 auto vs manual trans

What are people's thoughts on the 6 speed manual trans? Does the terrain response still work on it? The car I'm looking at has airbag suspension and is a manual 2005-2006 D3

I believe it does still work to a degree by changing throttle response and suspension settings etc.

But the whole system with the automatic is pretty impressive and wold be my choice if you can find a good one in your price range.

I have replaced one in the past, certainly undersized for the task IMO.

The Isuzu 110. Solid and as dependable as a rock, coming soon with auto box😊
The Range Rover L322 4.4.TTDV8 ....probably won't bother with the remap..😈

The manual D3s in Australia are extremely rare.
Have only read bad things about them on UK websites where they are more common.
    One to avoid.
I have always had manual vehicles, love the auto in my D4.

Ok by the sounds of it I should give it a miss.... Can you put a heavier duty clutch in To fix the problem?

Always been a manual driver myself.
If you are a manual fan too drive an auto D3.
Our Territory Turbo has the same 6 speed auto as a D3,loverly gearbox.
The 8 speed auto in my D4 is better still.
Have a try,you will be surprised
    ENJOY
