Same as WhiteD4 and Disco WA. Easy to fit, easy to change, leave them on all the time. I kept my OEM rods in a little bag as well in case anyone queried me (or I had an issue that would escalate to LRA), but no-one ever did and I left them on for scheduled services. Only time I ever removed them was when I reinstalled the OEM rods when I sold the vehicle last month (to re-install on next D4). No adverse tyre wear at all (either on OEM tyres or the subsequent D697s).
My only suggested tip when using them of-road is to try to do the switch from one setting to another on the last of the half-reasonable roads before the bush i.e. your arm can get very muddy doing it on the rear ones after you have been splashing thru mud and goo to get to your air down point...
