    D3 alarm randomly going off

for some reason my D3 has suddenly started setting off the alarm for no reason. Has happened 4 times this week (that we know of). Happened twice this morning while my wife was doing the school drop off. Any suggestions on whats possibly going on here?

would make sense, I had an issue a while ago with the switch not closing when the bonnet was closed (message on dash with bonnet open when it was shut)

[quote=SBD4;2399212]It is usually the bonnet switch.

I just had mine bonnet latch replaced. Fixed the problem. Best $88 I've spent in a while. I imagine the neighbours agree

Or pull the wires off the switch and join them together with a BP.

    Fixed for good
