Purchased a rear protection bar for my dualcab and fitted it up myself.
It was crooked by almost 1 inch, it was obvious that the welds had pulled during manufacture . Returned to store and they told me I had to go to the head department ( 3 hr round trip) so off I go on a road trip to be told that my chassis must be bent?? after much arguing and measuring they tell me to leave it with them ( how am I to get home?) so make a booking in the workshop and return another day (another 3 hr round trip) after waiting 3 hrs they present a straightish bar, They elongated and butchered the mount holes twisting and forcing the bar level. I wasn't happy and demanded a new bar or at least a comparison with a new one. They refused said the problem was my fitting of bar, possible twisted chassis and a host of other excuses. Refused and refund or warranty. After a few months the bolts worked loose and the bar sprung back crooked. now looking at purchasing a better brand
not at all happy
