    iid tool

    Hey
So can people let me know what these things can do ie the 600 dollar one. When it says vin locked does this mean it will only perform all the function s on one vehicle right?
So what exactly does the basic one do?
    Thanks guys

Its vin locked to your vehicle. You can do everything on your vehicle, you can only do basic fault reading on your mates vehicle.
A cheap way out for you,get somebody nearby who wants to help you. They can have your vin added to their unit for a pretty reasonable cost.

make sure you buy the iiDTOOL-BT (the blue tooth one), the non blue tooth ones are the older ones. The Blue tooth will work on your smart phone or table and allow you to email graphs and fault codes direct to your pc for later analysis also. it allows you to record live data that you can save and email.
    Cheers , Mario

As the other guys have said, the Bluetooth version has lots of advantages.

To give you in detail what these things can do here would take hours.... so I'd suggest you download the manual here and have a read:

I purchased mine though Duckworth parts in the UK - got a great price and great service.

If it gets you mobile even once it pays for itself.

It's a modern tool for a modern toolbox in a modern vehicle.
