Im guessing most have "info overload", so its a good time to get out and have a practice.
It will be great to gather together again, I should be OK on most Sunday. Otherwise, any time during school holidays. My Toyo fans saw the picture and realised more discovery out there for off-road.Anyone else going to the GOE training in Vic next weekend?

It is amazing to see how Terrain response help Gordon's Range Rover cruising through the sand dune with dropping the Tyre pressure.

Can anyone who attended tell me if recovery of your vehicle was covered in the 2 days please?

On the course I did with him, he showed us a tricky way to turn a car around in its own length with a tree.
Other than that, no, we didn't really do any recoveries, and I can't remember if we talked much about them, although he did talk about the front recovery eye's strength and the use of the tow socket as a snatch point.

    hehe,, can't tell ya',,, it's a secret

No, seriously, its about tying the back of the car to a tree so to speak, driving backwards and the front turns around. That's the reverse sequence, I guess the front way is opposite. Its not something I'd like to try myself unless I was taught properly I think. I understand the principle, but I'm thinking one could do a fair bit of damage if not done right. It needs more than one person to do it to, so you both need to understand when to go and when to whoa.
