CCF edit "Master Lock Switch Global Windows"

    Hi All

with my remote key i can hold the unlock button and open all windows, however, for some strange reason (unlike in my freelander) when I press and hold lock, only the doors lock but the windows don't go back up.

I have one press open and close windows when doing this manually.

anyway, while reviewing my CCF I noticed this "Master Lock Switch Global Windows" is disabled. Does anyone know if changing this to enabled would fix the problem?

    thanks, Luke

I have enabled it in the CCF with iiD Tool. I can't remember the exact description sorry, but it seemed obvious at the time.

Yes - enable that option and you will have "Global Close" capability on your windows. I recently did it to mine.

Note though that you will have to go through the "auto-up" re-set for each window after you do this (same procedure you follow after disconnecting / replacing the car battery). Otherwise, the "Global Close" feature won't work - nor will the "one touch" auto-up control for the windows from inside the car.
    Cheers .........

It's for vehicles that support you adding Nav destinations whist moving. While it might show on the ccf, unless you have the specific models that allow it, it won't work. I tried it on my 2010 D4 and while it set it shows an error in IID faults as unsupported function.

My car is an MY16 and it allows Nav on the move by default. I read somewhere in the GAP manual that it was only allowable on models above a certain build date but I can't remember what that date was. MY15 rings a bell.

Ah, I was wondering which change gave me the fault.

    Last one...

i saw "reverse dip mirrors", I would have thought that any car with elextric mirrors would therefore have the ability to dip if the ECU told them too but it didn't work.

I just looked at my GAP manual and it indicates 2004/5 to 2009 range. Didn't see a mention of later models but that could just be not in the manual yet. I've got a NOV 2013 model - wonder if it's possible to enable it. What exactly does NAV on the move do?
