I have an arb front bar too and a winch, so its not possible to run that intercooler?
I have an Allisport Fastroad intercooler in the shed out of the old D3. I had to take it off to fit an ARB bar which was a bit frustrating as the bar mounts just interfered with the lower outside corners of the lower tank. I have been meaning to put it on Gumtree at some stage. Cleanish, one owner, never been raced......

I wonder if the subject model would fit? It's a lot higher than the fast onroad model.
I think it made a difference, but it is quite subjective and hard to quantify without a dyno. Next step would have been a re-tune matched to the intercooler. But given the Fastroad is about double the size of the OEM intercooler, I am sure it helped with inlet temperatures and overall engine temperatures. I fitted a silicone intercooler hose from Allisport at the same time.
I wish I'd fitted an intercooler on our GQ Patrol 4.2 diesel when we lived in Paraburdoo. I fitted a turbo which was a huge improvement but the engine temperature suffered, especially in the summer!
