Yeah. Flat tip screwdriver and lever up the egr clip. A pair of adjustable pliers makes it easy to clamp it back together again. Mine have been apart half a dozen times and are still working fine.

Have you guys noticed any difference to performance after cleaning your intake? Any change to fuel consumption?
The difference is night and night. Absolutely positively zero difference in economy, power, smoothness. It makes you feel good but does nothing.Quote:

Same - about 90 mins for me as well.
It’s really frustrating seeing how much is in the manifolds and not being able to get to it.
I really want to go a step further
making me really think about the EGR blanking
