It would be nice to know what lengths they're supposed to be ( I couldn't find it in the manual), but Wipertech provides them as both 550mm and the ones I ordered from the UK from Wiper Blades Ltd were both 550mm, and all of their options:

Land Rover Discovery 2004 to 2016 Wiper Blades

show the front blades being an equal length, even where they're not 550mm.

Edit: BTW, I bought two sets (2 x 3 blades) of Bosch ARU22 from Wiper Blades UK and it worked out at $125 including shipping. Only hitch was that Australia Post took about 2 weeks to deliver them - Royal Post tracking showed when they were handed over to Auspost and they evidently then just sat in an Auspost warehouse waiting to be delivered.

Land Rover Discovery (2009 - 2017) Replacement Wiper Blades

$79 for a complete set of wipers is a bargain compared to what LR quoted me to change just two (~$250 ). You then get 10% off your next purchase. Choosing the correct ones is a simple exercise using the website's search engine.

They are easy to replace (after a google search ... LOL) and I've found them very good.

    Cheers,

I have also recently installed a set from Wipertech on my D4. So far, happy with them (but it doesn't rain very often in Kalgoorlie) - and VERY happy with the cost savings when compared with OEM and others.
    Cheers .........

According to earlier posts, the shorter is the passenger side.

I got the Wipertech ones and haven't trimmed them as I never realised they were different .... LOL. 550 seems to fit both sides fine.

I don't think that there's any need to trim them - they appear to be intended to have the same length on both sides.

Factory is 530/550. I have had 550/550 without issue.

My only thought is that it has a sweep that then double touches the rain sensor and changes how it reacts - nothing detrimental. It just gets wiped a bit more.
