What have you found to be at fault Nick?
What a debacle, 5 hrs to do my normally 30 min run home, my dad came out with a small battery from my mums car that we put in the aux position then reconnected the traxide. That provided the extra juice til the alternator could catch up.
We had to jam a couple of Allen keys in the clamps as the battery had small posts.

What have you found to be at fault Nick?
I think it was where I earthed my winch and traxide unit, charged both batteries separately overnight and did a run into the city and back with just the main battery fitted and no issues.
Alternator putting out 14.2v and main battery sitting at 12.6v after a 30min rest.
