Assuming a competent qualified mechanic in a good workshop.
    thanks again
Lower control arm bushes/Arms-Lower control arm bushes/Arms hours plus wheel alignment after.

Faster on later models as you don’t need to remove the drive shaft nut to clear the ball joint out of the hub.

    Post Meyle HD reviews please

For those that have replaced OEM hydro bushes with the Meyle HD bushes and have covered some considerable kms, can you let us know if you have experienced any negative flow on effects. I.e harsher ride, higher wear on other components, similar life span, etc. I’m about to do mine, both front lower and rear upper and am considering Meyle HD, but will most likely go Hydro again with my thinking there is a valid design reason they need that much movement.
is it only the hydros that are swapped to Meyle HD or all the arm bushes?
i changed my VE sport wagon to pedders coil overs years ago and everyone said the ride wouldn’t get harsher. It did; well I noticed a considerable difference.

    cheers
    Cheers, Mungus.

    Lower control arm bushes/Arms

Meyle HD have been good for me no noticeable harshness. I’m on my second set now. Never heard any complaints from anyone using them.

I’ve swapped the complete arms over to the Meyle supplied version (this used to be less expensive with shipping) and last time replaced only the bushes and ball joints to Meyle on the large one and Lemforder elsewhere.

I think I read somewhere that Lemforder IS Meyle?
