So far, Gumtree seller hasn't responded to messages. :-(

And advice from 4WD1.com is that they are also out of stock and not sure when they'll have them again.
They recommended MOABs. Cheaper and according to them, manufacturer is easier to deal with.

    Hmmm ...

I bought my set of compomotives from Performance Alloys in the UK a couple of years ago when the pound took a dive. They were delivered to my doorstep within 3 weeks from ordering on line. But not sure if Performance Alloys in the UK currently sell and ship to Australia

4WD1 out of stock, that's strange I was there at 10 this morning speaking to the owner about the MOAB's and he told me they were in stock. When I asked what the lead time was the ordering, he said 5 minutes, they in the warehouse behind us. 🤔

It's the Compo's that are out of stock.
    Oodles of MOABs.

Likely I'll order the MOABs if GT seller doesn't respond by the end of the weekend.

The Moabs are cast in China not forged in the UK. They are a fair bit heavier and won't take the factory centre caps. They should be well less than half the price to be honest given where they come from and how they are made.

Try Demon Tweaks in the UK for Compomotives if you want those in a hurry and the local sources can't help. Excellent service and had them to my door in a week. Just be prepared for the customs charges...

I know the GST rules have changed but I thought if the goods were below $1000 value then no customs duty is applicable. Luckily when I bought mine OS the supplier did a doctored invoice for less than $1000 and so no customs and no GST as it was not law at the time. Delivered in 2 weeks with apologies for the delay and at the time, about $200 per wheel cheaper than GOE. (and quicker delivery).

    No worries.

    Thanks for the recommendations, all.
I've followed up with Demon Tweeks and perfomance Alloys.
    See how we go.
