I’m not sure about under a D3/4, but doubt it would fit. But 285/60/18 I tried didn’t fit inside wheel well of L322, ie not slung under rear.
    L322 tdv8 poverty pack - wow

Thanks Graeme & Tombie for the clarification.

I think I get it now. The profile of the wheel well floor suits tyres close to the standard diameter, but larger diameter tyres will sit on the curve rather than at the bottom of the well.

They definitely fit under the wheel well of my D4.

<edit> it fits in the spare wheel well, but NOT with the hitch receiver in place

The 265/60/18 actually is a bit of a squeeze to get into the wheel well on my car, but this could be because of the tongue extending rear wards through the hitch slightly on my car, not sure if everyone’s does that, I have to let some air out if it’s new as the tread is quite big.

one other issue I’ve found with these tyres is no one in NT stocks them, I have two busted tyres and have been waiting almost two weeks to get some up from Adelaide to Darwin - keep in mind covid19 is probably not helping that timeframe but I wasn’t interested in having two new non matching tyres put on.

I literally called 10 tyres shops before settling on having to order them up
