Is there any chance that the wheel alignment place screwed up?

Replaced low beam H7s. They lasted 4 years, 7 months and 3 days or 62854km.
On auto around the city, but always on out of town. We've done a bit of "out of town" in the last year or so.
Were Philips Xtreme vision +130s. Replaced with 100+.
Irrespective of what the company you purchased these from thinks happened, they should have been falling over themselves to fix it pronto.
That is disgraceful behaviour, and a lawsuit waiting to happen.
That's a really scary issue to have had happen, I just can't get my head around it.
They should be paying hush money!
Reading this thread below and you are not the first to have this issue.

Plenty of people have fitted these arms and bolts with no issues, but on the rare occasion it seems it does not go to plan, and with no adequate explanation for what went wrong.
This would suggest best to stick with only LR genuine bolts.

The MOT records show the recall was done before it left the UK, but I have a strong suspicion the recall wasn't done on the donor vehicle the replacement engine came out of.
Bugger.
There is a message on my dash and the fault triangle saying that my parking brake is worn. How do I make it go away? I cleared faults with my gap tool - but its still there!
