    Replacement Cranking Battery - Varta G14 - GAP Tool reset

    The old battery was on its last legs... so upgraded to a new Varta G14 AGM 95 Ah and 850 cold cranking amps before the upcoming western lap. Running the GAP IID Tool 'Replacement Battery' routine to reset the battery management system.

    Under the GAP menu: Service / Test Menu >> Body Control >> Battery Replacement >> Reset

    Is that the terrafirma discrete winch mount? How easy was the install, I’ve heard minimal cutting to fit it?

    Hi John,
    The winch mount is very similar to the Terrafirma design. I picked it and the Carbon winch up from Rova Range in East Bentleigh... I can see on their website that they still sell them. The install was time consuming and fiddly at times, and I certainly used the Terrafirma install guides and other posts on AULRO to get the job done.     Not sure if this is relevant for you, but you mention you have upgraded and its something I read recently as I think I am going to need a new G14 soon myself. (Post #2)

    Fitted five Toyo Open Country AT3 in 19” today along with a wheel alignment. Begone the stupidly noisy Duratracs (which get really bad once half worn).

    The AU Toyo website doesn't list any 19" sizes.

    I know that 255/60R19 LI 113 have been available in the US for a long time and if here by the time my 255/60R19 GG AT3 need replacing then I'll be keen to try them, as the GGs are fairly harsh.

    Weird. Anyhow I do have them lol in 55 profile. They’re not LT etc but hey ho. I’m not off-road enough to care these days. Only a few trips a year.

    The 60 profile (D5 etc size) isn't LT either but is LI 113. My GGs aren't LT either but I'll take them anywhere, a I did with my previous LI 113 Pirelli 275/55R20 AT+.

    I was going to go 60 in GG but decided against it. The carpark I work at takes me (1.9m) on 55 on standard lowered so I stuck with it, given my racks etc.

    Today i recorded some live values to find a fix for a faulty car that likes to throw these DTCs:
    P0105-16
    P006A-00
    P00CF-62
    P0235-16
    P1247-00

    Can not be split intake manifold as i smoke tested it and also unlikely as it has been replaced 30k ago.
    This is very tiresome troubleshooting. Hope the feeling of getting to the end of the restriced performance will make it worth, though.
