I've fitted them in all my previous vehicles.

Always get a better pedal response / feel - however, they are part of my service / replace routine, so by then factory hoses are pretty average

New SSB SS88Ti fitted today. $368 eBay from 4WDextreme in Adelaide. 2 days delivery, awesome service.

The OEM Exide lasted 5 Canberra winters, thanks I presume to the monthly CTEK MXS5 charge.

    Specs look good.
Need to reset the BMS once installed?

Was quoted $620 for a Delkor battery and $70 to reset the BMS.

Even with regular charging, the experience of many including me is that you'll be needing to be ready with a warranty claim - however I certainly hope you don't.

Think I found the issue. I’ve never seen the desiccant and filters in such bad shape and less than 2 years since change. The bottom plate is heavily rusted. Hell of a lot of moisture for some reason in dry WA. The bottom pad even feels damp.

Thankful I slotted the top mount previously as it makes compressor removal a 10 minute job with a ratcheting spanner.

Probably an indicator that there’s a small leak somewhere and the compressor is doing more work topping it up, hence the beads are working harder

I kept charging to keep it topped up as I wasn't driving it enough for it to be kept charged by that but still didn't quite make 2 years. Others have reported similar.

Which reminds me, where is the filter and what do I need to buy to do a change also?

Disregard. I simply YouTubed the question. It’s at the back of the compressor in front of the rear left tire
