Thread: Throttle controller

I recently bought the HIEKIT controller HIKEit X9 Throttle Controller | High Performance Controllers which it seems, is the same as the Ultimate 9 and I don't like it. My reason for purchase was to solve the lag in gear change/acceleration around corners and although it does that to some degree I just don't like the touchiness of the pedal. I've tried every setting possible and I just can't get used to is so I'm pulling it out. Anyone want it? PM me for price.

When selecting the D4 off road modes does everyone put the iDrive back to 'normal'? It was my understanding that the off road selections altered the throttle pattern as well.

I looked at them as they are cheaper than the ult9 and look near identical.

Found it was not plugged securely into the peddle unit, no amount of wriggling pushing etc seems to get it to firmly seat home.

any hints, advice or whatever would be appreciated. I have checked and all the pins are straight and the vehicle loom plug goes in with no problems,

My HIKEIT was the same just retried a few times and eventually holding my tongue on the left hand side of my mouth fixed it :-)

The X9 fixed my lag and love it, I have it set on Auto learn mode.
