Although I have no idea of current workshop labour rates on the mainland these days ($180 per hr??) my initial thought is that $5.9k is a bit high. Google TR Spares in NSW and you'll see the manifolds are around $700 each, they show the oil cooler at about $400 and the separator seals are about $20 each (x3). Plus injector seal kit (x2) at around $60 each, and misc "O" rings on inlet "Y" manifold etc at around $80.
Closer to $5k would be nearer the spot i'd think.
My understanding is that 2 days labour would pull it up. I'll know next week as I am getting mine done.
