    Offset Logo on Terrain Settings

    Greetings all,

All going well, I will be picking up a 2016 Discovery 4 this weekend. I have owned a Discovery in the past (albeit a Discovery Sport) and I am fully aware of the love/hate relationship with these cars. But I thought I'd start my first post with some real important stuff. Why... Why are the logos offset for the terrain settings? Is this a part from a different generation or model that they've reused? No sane person could allow this without good reason?!

Is there an aftermarket replacement? If not, I'm going to see what I can come up with for the sake of my own sanity !

I'll take a guess and say, perspective in a LHD car.
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.

Check that the above light works, when first turning the ignition on. It maybe disconnected to mask an expensive problem.

A check of adverts in the UK reveals the same phenomena.

In the USA there are only 4 icons which, (cue Gomer Pile - surprise, surprise, surprise) are centred in that space and so not offset. The fifth that is added to the RHD versions is the extreme right - rock crawling.

No. As I've explained before, that spot is for the child eject option.

Actually it’s because the same basic panel is used in the Range Rover Sport, and that empty spot is where Dynamic Mode would be in a suitably spec’d RRS.

You can’t retrofit or activate Dynamic Mode in a D4, before anyone asks. So just get used to how it looks.

The USA spec LR4’s missing the Rock Crawl mode on the far right have single speed transfer case. No low range so no Rock Crawl. Actually I saw one local D4 the same here a while back.
