mY '03 model L322 td6 needs new rotors back and front. How easy are they to change and how do I set up the sensors on the wheel? Jim

Yep, did the fronts on mine and the front sensor - the new one just replaces the old one - when you have it all apart it will become apparent. There is one screw that holds the front rotors on - 6mm I think. Once this is out, and the caliper is off, the rotor comes off - one side on mine was easy, the other was stuck fast - I had to smite it with a large hammer to remove it, but apart from that, easy. I replaced all the brake fluid in the whole system at the same time, and adjusted the handbrake.
Get your parts from OS - HEAPS cheaper than here - all up for for front rotors, pads, brake wear sensor, brake fluid and brake clean was under $350. Brake parts I ordered were delivered in 4 days from old Blighty - pretty damn good.
As Pat says - you won't find a much simpler job on these - have a crack yourself - you'll be right.
Also - if your brake wera sensor has worn down and you have the 'CHECK BRAKES' warning up, you will need to clear this fault once you are all done - there is a write up here somewhere for it - one of Rangiebit's posts I think.
