Exactly which green? These coolants vary in chemical ingredients from brand to brand even though they are the same colour – all greens aren’t equal. Same with all the other colours, the blues vary between brands, so does red. Secondly, any possible issues are going to be long kept – you don’t know if there are any issues with metals and that coolant until something springs a leak in several years time.
If we read the makeup of the factory blue stuff (posted up here somewhere in a tech bulletin), then go and have a read on some websites we see that some brands are a match with their green, some brands are with their blue. And what is very clear is they differ a lot between each other in the same colour.
The issue with mixing different product comes from mixing in the chemical ingredients. If they don’t like each other you end up with an acidic mix that will really attack the metals. You may be lucky where there is no issue; you would probably not see any signs for many miles if there is an issue – just best to give a full flush unless you know exactly what was in there before you started.

The stuff I got only has " LANDROVER Antifreeze Coolant" on the front.
On the back it has a BIG X and Harmful in 20 odd languages. Then below that it has in EN; Contains ETHANE-1.2-DIOL. harmfull if swallowed.
Right down the bottom it has Landrovers address in Gaydon + phone number and email.
I think I got the right one.
