Mine doesn't have film but you can see the start of wear marks. Maybe I should use some film.

Below are top and underneath pictures of a JSP spoiler sold in the USA that appears to be identical to the Overfinch one. The top has a rounded leading lip that looks to send air over the top and the underneath is flat. Hence I suspect that its not going to divert air to have any effect on dust-filled rising air even if angled up at the front / down at the rear.

JSP have been made aware of the desire to have a deflector for dust reduction and have been asked to what extent their spoiler might be useful for this purpose.

From where did you get the picture? Knowing might be useful in tracking down the manufacturer.

It was from the PowerfulUK site to show tail pipe ends I think.

There was this design which might have better design qualities.

Your picture and link are Overfinch which look identical to my close-ups - no good for redirecting air downwards.

Edit: I found the rear spoiler pic on PowerfulUK and another there showing 2 RRs back to back, with one having a very dirty rear window.

However the clean one is also clean behind the rear wheels so hasn't seen dirt or road grime since it was washed. The other one is typical - clean everywhere except the tailgate and a little dirt behind the rear wheels.

Here's another, slightly different to your last pic.
