MY02-MY06 except the MY06 4.2 SC use one style of diff housing (rear access cover - Banjo style?) and the MY06 SC and all MY07-12 use a different style of diff housing that has a side housing. Hence one locking centre is unlikely to be suitable for the whole L322 range.

The later main casings are identical for open and e-diff centres, with only the side housings different. Furthermore the later e-diff centres are the same ones fitted to D3s, D4s and MY06-13 RRS (as advised by Todd Tredeau, the principal of Differential Parts USA, a LR differential specialist business) and therefore an ARB locker for the D3 rear may fit the later L322 open diff although the ARB D3 centre wont fit a D4 due to a slight difference in main casing to the D3.

The later style L322 diffs do not use bearing caps and I suspect that the earlier ones don't either, being a Banjo style where the diff housing is normally sprung/stretched to fit the bearings. IME only removable centres use bearing caps but I've not had anything to do with Banjo types.

This is also the same company that we had the lead for getting bull bars made for. I think I will approach them again and see if they will set up a petition like this for getting one made to make things more simple.
