My Faultmate diagnostic tool has for some time given the following fault codes from my car:

PO380 Glow Plug Relay Failure, Glow Relay defective (Currently Active, Intermittent)
PO480 Engine Fan Control Malfunction (intermittent)

The glow plug issue is not too concerning as we do not travel to snow but I would of course like to get rid of the fault code. I have replaced the relay once.
As for the fan control I can say that the fan noise (presumably from pitch) increases from almost no noise to quite a roar with little step in between.

Anyone had similar issues and been able to get rid of the fault codes permanently?
