    The question has been answered TDV8.

    I thought you had concerns about complexity of the TDV8 and associated egrs and turbos?

    Interested to know as I'm tossing up between TDV8 and SCV8.

    The engine has a single EGR valve located in the V, which I'd love to disable on mine to rid the inlet tract of the gunk with the bonus of better torque just off idle. The 2 turbos operate similarly to the 3.0 TDV6, with the secondary turbo oil drain sorted on both engines a few years ago.

    As above. The 3.6 is a totally different kettle of fish...

    I must say that yes it was a big concern initially. The 4.4 however seems to be more reliable and certainly more accessible than the 3.6 in these areas. Also the lack of available 5.0SC l322 (and the price😣&#128547 was the last straw. No dpf in Australia either so major plus there.
