    Replaced front lower control arms

This is a fairly easy DIY . Took about 20 mins per side, do need a taper breaker tool , but other than this two bolts and One large nut is all that you need to undo.

I now have a steering angle adjustment that is required, can't seem to find out how to do, But I have the GAP IID so do know the wheel is 6 degrees to left just need to work out how to adjust.

Had mine done by Big Jon in Adelaide, he said the ONLY way to remove one side was the special LR tool...

Did my front lower forward arms this afternoon (the 6kg Ones). I have the other control arms to fit but I ran out of time this afternoon. The passengers side one that I did last was a similar experience to Bails but the drivers side one took a couple of hours to loosen even with the LR press tool which I sourced from Aliexpress for about $180. I wouldn't consider pulling it apart without the press after my experience. Another tip, there are 16mm nuts on your new arms, use these to put on the old ball joint threads so the press has a larger surface to push on as it will destroy the end of the bolt if there isn't a nut on it.

I'll do the other arms in the next couple of weeks as one of the ball joints has a split boot, hopefully they will be a bit easier like the youtube videos make it look.

I did the other two control arms last weekend, I'm either more practiced or they are a bit easier. took about an hour a side. The forward arms cause the floatiness and the others that mount on the air spring make the steering much sharper when they are replaced.
