I've only heard of an occasional MY11 L322 with the TDV8 with a leaking rear main seal. I also note that the original seal part number was changed some time before 2012 engines.
A replacement rear seal requires a new crankshaft position ring fitted with a special alignment tool.
Presumably your indy is aware of the oil cooler gasket leaks and the leaking o-rings on the turbo oil feed pipe that mounts to the rear of the oil cooler.
