    Once again thanks. I will investigate further and let the community know when I have the answer. Quick question Graeme, could the manifold bolts be needing a tension, and if so would this be a 1st step before gasket replacement ?

    I expect the manifolds to be the same as the V6 where the plastic is tightened against the head, compressing the gasket only as far as is allowed. I'm not aware of leaking gaskets or loose bolts being a common issue, but...
