    NT speed

    At a 130kph cruise the RRS uses 10L per hundred..........
    though the days of doing this are just about gone....

    Thats great economy! Benefits of the aero design being put into these vehicles. I read a report on the aero development of one of the Land Rovers and it was a really interesting read. I think 130kmh was about what I settled on also with the Disco2 when there were open speed limits. I most definately wasn't getting 10/100km at that speed (or any speed for that matter!)

    Prior to bolting all the crap on the D4 I did a run up North.

    160km/h @ 14l/100km

    Awesome feeling when it lowers and tightens up in Autobarn mode…

    Somewhere I have a photo of the fuel burn of my old V10 Touareg doing 160 kph in the NT burning 10/100. The engine RPM was about 2000 RPM from memory.
