Well there is no point is posting something that many/most people on here cannot read - as indicated by the early posts about link broken/ cannot read etc.
Anyway LR has to move with the times and produce products that appeal to the widest range of customers. If it stayed with the old RRC and Series style of vehicles it would have been dead years ago. More people are interested in LR as town cars than offroaders and LR needs to address this - the Freelander was the best selling LR and the best selling 4wd in Europe in the late 90s early 2000s - in Aust about 10 years ago the RRS was outselling the D3 so I think LR has their product mix for the SUV/Offroad market but it is missing out on the sedan market so I would expect to see some Jaguars being rebadged and restyled as Landrovers in the future - just as they did with the Velar.
If you dont like the direction LR (remember the company is actually Jaguar Land Rover) is taking then well .............
