For the average punter, they will ALL be the "Urban" model....

Hmm your probably right, my wording is bit confusing or even wrong, the model could be x or xdynamic or standard. However its most likely the "Urban pack", based on the lack of offroad bits and big wheels, road tyres.

Country for weekends in the countryside.
Adventure with features making it something like an SUV "grand tourer."
Urban for cities and the suburbs. It is expected that this option will be popular for the three-door 90 model.
Explorer with features that make it a "go anywhere" off roader.
The four accessory packs could help to win back business lost to vehicle modifiers who offer many options for Land Rover vehicles, particularly the previous generation Defender.

So is X model launch edition?
I think they have just lost me. I see the D300 (6 Diesel) is only MY 21 and anything in MY2020 will be a 'fixed spec' standard offering with no options. Sorry LR can't wait that long.
The higher output diesel 4 looks good on specs at least. Cheers

My first thought when seeing that raised cluster with the gearstick, TR contols etc is they might have done it for wading depth?
I wouldn't be too worried about the look of the car in the paint booth.. the angle isn't that complimentary and it doesn't show the shape of the vehicle etc.. and things like angle of view will affect the perspective... I think it'll look great.
Could be a factor and certainly is good to have as much as possible electronic wise up high.
Having said that I'm guessing they are going to try and keep water out of the car as much as possible that part of it won't be retro haha.
Other factors are the middle front seat option and the leg room needed
Seating is said to be 5,6 and 7 options.
I'm guessing that means that if you choose the front middle seat you can't have the two rear seats.. that option will be for the 130.
