If JLR UK own the image and someone stole it, then unauthorised use is a possible issue. But given the number of places hosting the image, it seems unlikely JLR UK would pick on a forum with meagre means. But it’s a risk, albeit a minor one.

Lets move on shall we, the interior of the defender is a pretty big deal, lets get back to what we think of what could very well be a dumbed down version of the new fender interior.

For me,
3 seats, 8 seats total or just 6?
No electronics at low level.
Prob not hose out but, pretty close to it.
Rugged yet modern.
Colour, hmm not sure. Ill wait to see what the finished product looks like.
Heads up display hole in dash.
Dual ac dials, not screen
Padels on front or steering wheel controls?
Dual power outlets

Mate, editors are all over this legal stuff, if its showing up everywhere JLR are not guna sue 1000 reporters that they want to be favourable and keep pumping out news about fender, over sharing a pic that nobody knows the origin of [emoji1787].

"JLR sues landrover forum for sharing a pic they found on the internet of the new defender" [emoji1787].

I have actually been an editor for a time in the past, and know about referring matters to lawyers. Usually, the media which publish the offending statement get penalised for a much larger amount that the person who said it, on the logic that the person only said it once, but the media republished it to thousands of people.
Also, its unclear who owns the copyright of the photo. Republishing a photo owned by someone else could result in a big bill from the copyright owner.

Anyway, let's talk about that Defender. Looking good, hey?
