Its all over the internet mate, and used in tons of news articles, if there was legal issues reporters wouldn't use, JLR are probably secretly frothing its been leaked, as it doesn't give too much away!

The pics and link have been removed after consultation. Several places that had also hosted these pics along with Twitter have removed them too - the legal threat appears to be real - can we ask that these pics are not posted again until made public by Land Rover.

3 seats at front, gear stick position is fine as long as tap shift on steering wheel.

There won’t be a manual. It is too difficult to get them to work with all the self driving features. You can’t drive a manual remotely with your phone.

Agreed, love its simplicity, obviously pre production shot, will be prettied up a lot for production.

Should defs keep peoples worries about new defender being too luxury at bay.

I'm pleasantly surprised, did not expect anything so rugged or utilitarian.

As this is pre production I'm going to reserve judgement on finer details, but fundamentally I'm pleasantly surprised.

I get where you're coming from, but just because it's on the internet doesn't make it legal or right. Many places that had them, including a twitter feed - have been deleted since this morning, so the legal threat appears to be real. You don't have to pay the sites legal bills if something does go wrong. Please don't post them again.

Manuals are going the same direction as diesels, tbh i would never drive anything other than a triptronic auto on/offroad.

Its not copyright mate, reposting something someone put on twitter is not illegal.
The person taking the photo on the other hand, if he was under contract not to, then he may be in trouble, but that's as far as it goes.
Just remember every reporter got the go ahead from thier respective editor and their legal no doubt.

By now every proper landy fan has it saved on thier phones, so if JLR didnt leak it, then they are best to roll with it.[emoji1303]

If Landrover want it removed, no worries, they will let us know, suing for posting something freely avail on net, not a chance.

What if by chance you’re wrong and inc needs to engage legal support, I imagine it can be costly.....not sure annual subs won’t cover the bill

I’d say it’s just easier for it to be deleted and if member want to see it they can google it.

If anyone wants pics, just google defender interior leaked.

Just think about it logically, nobody here or the reporters at all the big news orgs are doing anything wrong. It like reposting a mule spy shot not released by JLR is it not.
