No, D4s don't have a crease at window height like that - it looks more like a Range Rover Sport crossed with the current 110 from the rear door back.

That crease explains the odd camouflage panels visible at the back edge of the back door - they were filling it in to look flat.

I still think that the bonnet will be chamfered - notice that the bonnet catches are gone?

Looking at that crease,it might be sort of like the old Defender crease?

I bet it is,and has been deliberately well covered over on all the mule shots.

I can't wait to see the inside layout.
