    Looks good.
I guess that it is the urban version with 20s, because most visitors to Goodwood would want to see that.
It's been reported it will take 18s.
I can see a base version with 18s, basic interior, 2.0 litre diesel and either coils or airbags.

I think the traditional suspects like ARB will need to rethink as it looks like the whole front is one moulded piece.

No different to the Prado or LC.

They just take to it with a cutting disc.

The Goodwood Festival Defender appears to have 255/60R20 tyres (32 inch) which is an uncommon size.
I'd have thought after the issues that lots are having with D5 tyres they may have learnt something.

    MY17 D5 SD4 SE (Sold)
MY19 D5 SD4 SE (with all the options I want)

Good to have you back Tombie

Would I be guessing that you already have a pre-order in a high output 90 AND a more touring oriented 110???

At least you can actually buy the gy wranglers in that size at the moment (at least in uk). The pirellis in that size in another picture cannot be bought yet. On 20" wheels that size gives 6" sidewall. Might have a look at that size when it comes time for my tyre replacement.

    255/60 gives you 6" sidewall on *any* rim size. (60% of 255mm) = 153mm = 6.02inches

If 285 isn't too wide for the new Defender, I'd be keen on 285/65R18 KO2s which are 32.6" total height.

    “Subject to testing”

I can see it now, Tombie and Mrs Tombie at the dealer- can we have a speed bomb 90 for the weekend to toddle about town?
    Dealer - sure no problems

T and MrsT jump in , packing a credit card and change of clothes, CanonBall it to Perth, turn around then bash it along a mix of tracks following the bight and the TRans Railway, swing by Mr Suds on the way to dealer on the Monday morning

    Voila

    Tested.
