    Hi

I spoke to a local guy who knew about these injectors and said they are pretty much impossible to clean, he said he has tried everything on them.

He also said the LPG we import is dirty and that the filters need to be changed regularly

So replacement looks like the best option.

I have ordered a metre of 14mm hose from germany as well.

    Hi

Jilden, when I fit the second hand injectors, is there any physical adjustment necessary on them or does the software do it all?

    Thanks

    Hi

Well I finally managed to get all the bits and replaced the post evap filter, the post evap hose and the injectors with 2nd hand ones from Julien

Even small Y piece which splits the hose for the 2 injector banks had crap in it when I cleaned!

Fired it up and it is all running smoothly

    Thanks for all the help

    Steve

I solved my missing on injector 1 yesterday.
After trouble shooting every possible electrical, plug wiring and injector the problem was a simple jammed gas hose to the injector, it was jammed under the plenum and the crushing of the hose was restricting gas flow to that injector. Released the hose and recalibrated the gas system, now drives smoothly on gas and no miss firing.
