    The issue with rego is solved by contacting Haulmark Trailers in Brisbane and having them reactivate the VIN with Queensland Transport which makes the VIN available to registration authorities Australia wide. It just took me a while to get to that point.

    The trailer is painted hi-tensile chrome moly steel so is rust resistant.

    Love the trailer and have had no problems with it, although behind the D4 the coupling position is a bit low. I also had to fit a spare because of the different PCD with the D4.

    $3.8K is a little more than I paid by about 0.5K, so probably a bit much although Defence Materiel paid in excess of $8K in 2003.

    You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.

    Thanks for that info - I had read your earlier posts about your rego experience and I anticipate that whoever else buys this one will have similar issues ( and hopefully they may also be able to benefit from the information that you have shared).




    I have since found this which indicates that there are possibly more yet to be sold...

    I was surprised when I saw this:

    hmm .... a Danish company making a Haulmark style trailer ?

    Or did our army have Haulmark copy the Danish idea I wonder?

    Either way they sure are a solid trailer - mine got filled to the brim with sheep manure for the vegies yesterday - reckon there must have been a ton on board .
