    The RFSVs do.

    It's probably the simplest mechanical add-on to a 4BD1

    G'day,

in very big round figures about 2,000 left to sell

approx 2,500 to be sold over a 5 year period as the Gwagon is rolled into service

I have seen the amount of each variant to be sold but haven't got it with me

I think the prices for a GS have now stabilised and seem to be a fair price - biggest issue is the variation in quality, definately pays to view and read the log books very carefully

    cheers

    oh wow 5 years.

I have some time up my sleeve then.

wouldn't buy a ex army rover sight unseen I don't think.
    Don't need any unwelcome surprises.

Thanks very much for answering my questions

and yeah the current prices don't seem to over the top for the basic ones, depending on condition of course

or does it take a while for the winning bidder to be notified.

    .
We bought a No5 trailer for the farm.

Our nephew bought one of the 4 wheel Haulmark trailer (their second so far) to install a drilling rig which has been ordered and will be exported to South Africa (Christie Engineering Products )

One of their customers bought one of the Canter Service trucks which will also have a drill rig installed.

We were notified by Email within 5 minutes of auction close.

A few pics from the Brisbane sales.

The only one I would have had was the Survey Unit, the rest not very good.

Some did have tool kits, and one had a fire extinguisher, one FFR still had a full set of antenna poles ( see picture )

These 2 were not in the sale...

Juddy, great portfolio of photos there. What was the reason for the antennae mount photo of the Snr commander ? Reason I ask is because I won the auction for the Snr Comm, I didn't get a chance to see it firsthand and relied on my father in laws inspection (ex truckie and Vietnam vet so knows a thing or two about mechanical stuff - hopefully !)

It gets shipped down to Melbourne next week.

    Andrew.

No auction in Melbourne this time, it was Adelaide, Brisbane and Sydney. Also, there was no 6x6 dual cabs. There has been a civillian 6x6 dual cab for sale, your friend may have been talking about that one.
