You are right but rossi 9 cm taller than Lorenzo and ran out of fuel in 3 races in 25013
Dani Pedrosa is 1.60m and 51kg, with Repsol Honda team-mate and reigning world champion Marc Marquez 1.68m and 59kg.
So the honda riders have a considerable weight advantage

My list of people I'd like to win doesn't have Rossi on it. I'd even prefer an Espargaro brother win over him and they're so into themselves it's not funny

I'm hoping the championship will be decided at the last race Today's race at Phillip Island was very entertaining, especially the last few laps.

BRILLIANT race at the Island today. Definitely one of the best I've seen.
Rossi did his best, I'd say he was the best through the curvy/twisty stuff, but was outgunned on the straights,...no matter, a most entertaining race.

Outstanding race, Lorenzo nearly had it, but Marco had an amazing last lap, best ride goes to Lorenzo, he managed to hold off the faster bikes almost to the end, Marquez just does what he does best, pulled off an amazing last lap.

Great race, pretty disapppointing crowd though.
    Cheers Baz.

I'd agree about the entertaining race. One of the best in years. Not so much about Rossi in the twisties as he and Lorenzo are on the same bike and Lorenzo beat him Marquez was absolutely amazing in that last lap. Made up over a second and set the fastest lap of the race.

How was that double overtake by the maniac on Rossi and Marquez? So good to see Iannone fighting at the front. Doubly good that he beat Rossi on a bike Rossi proved he can't ride

Obviously you're not a Rossi fan?
I don't know enough about bikes to really comment (cars are my go!), I don't even watch many of the bike races, but I did REALLY enjoy this one,..don't see how anyone couldn't, SO CLOSE, right from the start.
The leaning "angles" of these riders is, to me, unbelieveable, I keep thinking they're gonna slide over! The tyres must be really special, just can't understand how they can still grip on those angles!!

Yeah sorry not a Rossi fan. When you criticise Mick Doohan and Stoner, take a crap on Jeremy Burgess, carry on like a petulant school girl with tyre and bike manufacturers demanding special attention that no one else in the paddock receives, travel the world with an entourage telling you how great you are and ride like an arrogant *****, I tend to lose any respect I might have for you. But that's another story .

But yes, what a race. Best at the Island in memory and one of the greatest flag to flag battles I can remember.

The tyres are great but the riders are just amazing. To push so close to the edge for so long and still have a 4 way battle for the lead is just awesome. It'd be great if all the races were so close (and not just between the top 5 in the standings). But all Dorna's silly rules make it so. I'd like it iff the motogp races were as close as the moto2 or 3. And I'd love if chanel 10 showed all the moto2 and 3 races each round again.
