Moto GP - who will win the championship

As the title says - who will win out of Rossi and Lorenzo?
3 races to go and 18 points the difference.
All Rossi real needs to do is finish one spot behind Lorenzo and he will finish at the top. It is looking like coming down to the last race.
Pedrosa has had some great riding in the past 2 races. Him and Marquez could be the deciding factor as to who wins the championship.

Rossi has the ability but not the gear. He's made a fantastic comeback.

    Rossi will win.
He has picked his battles with great thought this year.

Unfortunately Rossi will win. I'm amongst the minority that think Rossi is a giant arrogant douche. The way he has treated people thoughout his career is a disgrace but he is uncannily good with the media and fans love him as a result. Until a few years ago Lorenzo was the same (arrogant - he's still not great with the media) but he has really grown up in recent years. I was really hoping he'd close the gap to 5 points in Japan but Rossi's smooth consistent style won out. The same style that Rossi couldn't adapt to the Ducati. But that's another argument for another forum topic....

18 points is too much with three rounds left. If it gets close, people will see the real Rossi. Just ask Stoner about that move in Laguna Seca and "ambition outweighing talent"......

I'm going for Lorenzo, I just think he can do it, and I think the two hondas will have something to do with it, not intensionally though.

I have to agree with this, I think the Hondas will have a lot to do with it. It all depends on who Pedrosa / Marquez decide who they would like out of the Yamahas to win the championship.

I am a Yamaha fan, would like to see Rossi get his 10th championship, but on the other hand I would like to see Lorenzo take the Championship.

Bring on the last 3 races.

Well I was trying to be nice as Rossi fans are generally one-eyed and extremely passionate

    Rossi is 1.82cm and 67kg

    Lorenzo is 1.71cm and 66kg

So no real advantage and at that level with all that HP, just comes down to who is better on the day.
    Cheers Baz.
