I just bought a length of 25mm (1") nylon bar from a hardware store and put a hacksaw to it. After all, the tolerances are to be within 4mm IIRC.

To give you some data I collected Poleonpom, see this thread. The measurements are wheel arch to wheel centre.

Height limits on EAS using Faultmate

Hope it helps! I'm pretty sure I got an extra inch or two in both normal and high settings with the numbers in the first post. Can't remember off the top of my head!

Great link to your thread Keithy, when I read it I remembered it!

I'm up for making some blocks and having some good clean fun re-setting the suspension, it'll make a change from fuel pumps, squirting fuel and stuffed up fuel filters!
