If it's come adrift.. you may need to bodge up a replacement.
Just thinkingYou could cut and drill a replica with the exact dimensions from the material in one of those cheap rubber hand sanding blocks. It is about the right density and strength.
Then superglue it to the radius arm (which is made from some sort of hi-tech carbon composite)
Loctite 406 is great superglue but keep it refrigerated after opening to prolong its shelf life
