What was your long term trims before you reset the values? I am still leaning toward MAF, as they can fail while still showing sensible looking values (their output curve must skew somehow).
If MAF is ruled out with a spanking new one, then check LTFT for evidence of exhaust leaks before cats or intake air leaks after MAF.
