No, wasn't me who bought the overdrive.

Hard to get a decent photo so I'll explain.
Photo is of drivers side. Both fixed and inertia reel ends of belt attach to the same bracket. Fixed has the end sewn in place after looping through the bracket (second photo). Bracket bolts down to floor.
Underneath is an L bracket about 1.6mm thick

Edit: not sure what the heck Tapatalk did with the photos, but hopefully they're clear enough...

    Thanks Steve
I made a start on fabbing up some brackets this morning, but will check price and availability of factory ones tomorrow as I think it will satisfy the engineer more easily.
The back cab wall was a little wobbly without the bend so the horizontal stiffener is now two vertical stiffeners

The colour was originally the bluey green county mid 80's colour . The guy I bought it off painted it in one of the auscam colours, my kids call it the pooh car because of the colour.
I will paint it Keswick green, with gal stuff unpainted and the tray and ancillaries satin black.
I had a couple of pressure packs made up of Keswick and have used one in the cab while I had stuff apart, you may spot it in some of the earlier pics.

    Looking good.
Whats the plan for the rear of the roof. Rounded like a 130 DC?

Seeing the bare seatbox reminded me..
One of the best mods I've done to my county was to cut an access hole in the drivers side outboard face of the seatbox. Basically just marked a line ~50mm in from each edge, and put a large radius in each corner. Jumper leads and air hose/inflator go in there so they are always accessible. The 50mm edge stops things just falling straight out and when the door shuts the lining sits pretty close to the seatbox anyway.
Means you can rivet a permanent top on the seatbox too and get rid of the rattly cover and clip, and you fit a seat that doesn't have a removable base if you want.

The roof worries me, here's some shots of Rovercares work

    Looks V8 county ute
    Here a factory one
This is what I have to make the back section from
The series roof has a flatter profile on both side and front aspects, I'm hoping to massage/ blend/ bash them into agreeing with each other. Then maybe get them spotwelded rather than rivets so I don't have to build filler over the rivet heads.
There's a 70lt fuel tank under the drivers seat, so no storage for me.

I've got a extended cab planned for the 120, so keen to see how yours turns out. Mine will have approx 250mm extension though, so think that means I'll need a flat section. A 130DC roof would be an ideal donor for me.

If you can get the 2 sections fitting nicely with say a 50mm overlap I don't reckon you'd need fasteners or spot welding. Just bond it with some Sikaflex - the body sealant/adhesive stuff. Make some profiled bits of wood top and bottom so you can clamp it well with a couple of G-clamps at the ends and I think you'd need to destroy it to get the sealant apart.
